The second layer is a thousand times easier then the first layer. To complete the second layer, you already have all the middles in place (or you should) so you just need the place the four edges that go horrizontally between them. You only need to remember two moves, and they are just oppisites. First, find an edge piece on the bottom layer that doesnt have the bottom color on it(there are eight edges left to place, you are dealing with four of them, the other four go on the bottom). You can't put the edge directly under where it goes because that would be a corner spot. So, you have to put it under one of the two colors to the left, or the right of where it belongs, whichever color that it matches when it is under it. It will either be under the left, or the righ color, as I said. If it is under the left(with the left as the F face): D'R'D R D F D'F'. Under the right (with left as F face): D F D'F'D'R'D R If the edge pice is in the right place, but twisted wrong(with left color as F face): R'D R D F D'F'D R'D R D F D'F' Make sure you start with the correct edge under the correct color and you should be fine. Remember: dont use edges with the bottom color on them.
